The following Conditions of Sale refer to Legislative Decree nº 185 of 22.05.1999 and subsequent nº 196, nº 206 and nº 221, regularly updated in the Web VPS, any changes will be valid from the time they are published.

To the CONSUMER we recommend a careful reading of the Conditions of Sale before activating the online purchase procedure.

After navigation and the choice to purchase our products, with the subsequent checkout phase completed with payment, the condition that generates a Distance Contract between the parties pursuant to Article 50 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06.09.2005 is verified. Two steps: 1st the CONSUMER, by filling out the order confirms the proposal to sell the products of the VPS present in the Web VPS, from the computer system will receive an automatic response that confirms receipt of the order, a document that we recommend to keep and print.

2ª The Distance Contract is considered concluded with the total or partial acceptance of the order through the confirmation, by email, that the proposing VPS will forward after having received the payment.

The CONSUMER making the order declares:

a) to have read and accepted the Conditions of Sale and the Purchase/Payment procedure, relieving VPS of any responsibility deriving from the incorrect compilation of personal data necessary for the issue of tax documents;

b) The VPS at its sole discretion may refuse the order, even partially, without incurring any penalty of any kind with the sole return of the advance amounts made available within 10 days worked from the communication.

c) to be an adult consumer as indicated in Art. 03 of the Consumer Code; d) to be a natural person and to have purchased the products of the VPS for personal use and not related to his work, in full compliance with the provisions on distance selling in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999;

The VPS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale subject to advance notice sent by email to consumers who have already made and packed at least one purchase, then published in WebVPS.

Rights of Withdrawal and Guarantee of Conformity

In order to maintain the Right of Withdrawal valid, as provided for by the Consumer Code in Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06.09.2005 in Article no. 64, the Consumer must exercise it within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the purchase by registered letter/mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

The consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the product.

We kindly ask you to confirm by email the following data: courier, date and shipping number.

The products of the VPS have a Warranty and in case of non-conformity of the items purchased, the consumer, within two months from the date of purchase can freely send the product or anticipate an email, with attached photographic documentation and brief description of the defect, to the address support@veronicaparwin.it

You will receive confirmation within 3 days and may return the Product complete with:

a) Copy of Invoice and Payment Receipt;

b) Original and undamaged internal and external packaging;

c) Identification card with seal must be present and intact;

d) Product and accessories must be returned intact in all their parts.

For defects, highlighted within 24 months from the purchase of the product, we recommend sending an email attaching photographic documentation and a brief description of the defect, the Guarantee of Conformity will be applied if the product has been used correctly under the following conditions:

e) in accordance with its intended use;

f) according to what is present in the menu description / care of the product.

If conditions e), f) are compliant and defects attributable to the VPS, the consumer has the right to adhere to the following condition g) or ask for what is indicated in points h) and i):

g) the product free of charge with repair or replacement; h) an appropriate reduction in price;

i) reimbursement of the amount paid by termination of the contract.
